This is a process of experiential relational reflection, acknowledgment, and re/organizing so our system can settle.
It is part of the human condition to participate in the collective, we all belong to specific systems. We all have loyalties and entanglements with our larger systems that may or may not be known our conscious mind. Through the exploration of an emergent and phenomenological shared energy field- we resonate together and resource our shared intelligence to reflect a wealth of possibility and balance, so we can strengthen our connections to ourselves, ancestors, inherited gifts, communities, and most importantly, to our own autonomy allowing more space to move towards what is meaningful. Our soul can hold us perfectly.
Family Constellations was founded by Bert Hellinger, who synthesized relational wisdom from South African, Eastern, and Indigenous traditions, synergized with psychotherapy.

Through deep listening to the body’s energetic currents there can be an organizing through the negative/neutral/positive energy flows. There is no diagnose or treatment of illnesses; rather an assessment of where one is out of balance energetically, and an invitation towards a resolution naturally. There is a focus on the five elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth, and the Chakra system. This is a restorative process which gently holds the individual in alignment with their greater intelligence and holistic blueprint.
Polarity Therapy is a hands-on modality, founded by Dr. Randolph Stone, who synthesized health wisdom from East and West traditions.
